TWO STORY GRANDE

Discover the true charm of TWO STORY GRANDE - the largest story house in our offer. This house will amaze you with its size and perfect design. We have the best advantage for you - your own walk-through garage that will comfortably lead you to your private garden. In addition, we offer you two parking spaces in front of the house so that you have enough space for all your vehicles. Don't expect compromises, because TWO STORY GRANDE offers you an incredible 169 m² of floor space with a perfectly thought-out 5KK layout. Moreover, both above-ground floors have full height, which guarantees maximum comfort without limiting the attic. And what about the 45 m² large living area connected to the kitchen, which will provide you with an ideal place for family gatherings and celebrations.
There are only 6 of these houses in the entire project and they are situated with views of the greenery.

TWO STORY

It is the second type of the house that shows off of its elegant saddle roof. TWO STORY - that's two full-sized above-ground floors and endless possibilities for your comfortable living. With a total floor area of 144 m² and a spacious 5KK layout, this house brings real comfort and spaciousness.
Our TWO STORY houses offer 54 m² of living space connected to the kitchen. All this creates the perfect place for family and friends to gather. Whether you enjoy quiet evenings or joyful celebrations, this space will provide you with unforgettable moments of joy.
There are 8 of these houses in the project with views into greenery and the advantage is that they have some of the largest lots in the entire project.
In order to ensure you a carefree living, two outdoor parking spaces are included.

DOUBLE BLOCK

The aim of the architect was to make DOUBLE BLOCK look like one house, but it hides two houses. In one half you will find a spacious 4KK layout with a living area of 56 m² - an ideal choice for those who love generous living spaces. In the second half, we offer cosy 5KK houses with an office on the first floor for those who need more rooms. It doesn't matter which option you choose, each DOUBLE BLOCK house offers almost the same floor area of 150 m² and incredible comfort and convenience awaits your family. Whichever arrangement you choose, each of the houses has privacy on its own garden.
Practical storage at the entrance to the house allows you to conveniently store bicycles, strollers and other things that you need to have at hand. And not to forget, two parking spaces under the designer pergola will ensure safe and comfortable parking for your vehicles.

The ALTERNA Project of family houses in Sluštice combines everything that we at VENUS stand for, i.e. sustainability, pro-client approach, elaborate layout and respect for the place. I am very proud of it and the entire team working on the project. I believe that future residents will appreciate the location, the high standard of equipment and layout of individual houses and the investment in the location as a whole.

By integrating land from several owners, we managed to create a compact area that is suitable for both family living and is an alternative for increasingly less affordable housing in the capital, as well as for older couples looking for peace and comfort. The entire location was created in close cooperation with the municipality of Sluštice, and thanks to them for their supportive approach. This includes handing over two plots of land adjacent to the community park to the municipality, which will build services for future residents.
